The Quiet Hours World ("we," "us") publishes guided sleep, meditation and history-for-sleep audio to YouTube, Spotify, and podcast directories. This page explains what information we collect from visitors to this website and from listeners of our content, and how it's used.
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal information from visitors browsing this site.
If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence only for as long as needed to respond to you.
When you watch or listen on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or any other platform, that platform's own privacy policy governs the data it collects — we do not receive your name, email, or listening history from them beyond aggregate, anonymised statistics (such as total views or listens) that the platform itself provides to every creator.
Our publishing tools use the YouTube Data API to upload our own videos to our own channel and to read aggregate statistics about our own content. We do not use the API to access, store, or process any other user's data. Our use of information received from the YouTube API is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
If you comment on one of our videos or episodes, that comment is public and governed by the hosting platform's own policy, not ours.
Our content is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
